The most common pain in the office when you have overtime and overworked muscles is neck pain.
It is pretty common in the office due to the movement of the upper body only and being steady always in your seats.
It can get worse sometimes and that kind of worse can cause stiff neck.
Stiff neck is pretty painful and you would want to avoid that if possible.
There are other causes though for neck pain which are bad posture in sleeping, sitting and hanging your head with a pillow on your neck for too long.
